Your most common questions, answered

Where does my dog stay during their program?

Right in the trainer's home, living as a loved member of the household from day one. Practice happens in real living rooms, on neighborhood streets, and around daily life because that is where your dog's habits actually live. For the length of their stay, they are treated just like family.

What if an unexpected medical issue comes up?

Your dog's safety is our highest priority. Your preferred vet's details are kept on file, and the nearest emergency clinic is mapped before day one. If anything ever comes up, you are always our very first call.

What training methods do you use?

Positive reinforcement is our foundation and core, and for most dogs, it is everything they will ever need. Every dog communicates differently, so if your trainer feels an additional tool would provide clearer guidance, you will hear the how and why first. Nothing is ever introduced without a conversation and your full approval. Our goal never changes: fair communication delivered with absolute kindness.

Can I visit or check in during the program?

You have an open line for daily updates and answers whenever you need them. For in-person visits, you and your trainer will decide together based on what is best for your pup. For some dogs, a visit is a wonderful boost, while for others, it can pause a hard-won week of focus. Either way, you will never be left out of the loop.

What happens after my dog comes home?

Training doesn't stop at pickup! Every program includes in-person follow-up lessons where your trainer helps you seamlessly transfer those new skills into your household. You also gain lifetime virtual support, so if something feels a little wobbly down the road, we are always right here to help.

How do deposits and cancellations work?

Once you say yes, a deposit reserves your dog's spot. You will receive a clear written agreement outlining all deposit and cancellation terms beforehand so everything is transparent. If life changes your plans, just let us know as early as possible so we can help adjust!
