• Pup Health & Behavior Info: Your dog’s name, age, vaccination records, health history, and behavioral background so we can ensure their safety and tailor their training plan.
• Training Updates: Photos, videos, or notes captured during their stay to share progress with you. (Any public use of media on our marketing channels is covered separately in your training contract).
• Secure Payment Info: Payments are handled directly through secure payment processors. We only receive limited details (like card type and the last 4 digits) - we never see or store your full credit card details.
• Job Applicants: Information provided on applications if you apply to work with us as a trainer.
