· Connection with other trainers and support from the BarknFur team. The current wording is unnecessarily defensive.

What we look for

· A safe home environment suitable for boarding and training dogs.

· A thoughtful training approach with positive reinforcement at its core, clear communication with owners, and realistic expectations for progress.

· Demonstrated dog-training experience and the ability to explain your training approach clearly.

· A commitment to responsible care, appropriate supervision, and maintaining each dog’s routine throughout the program.

Compensation that reflects your experience

Program compensation is based on the service provided, program requirements, and the trainer’s experience. Full details are discussed before a trainer accepts a program.

More time to focus on training

BarknFur supports client introductions, program coordination, and communication so trainers can devote more of their time to the dogs in their care. Avoid suggesting that BarknFur handles every administrative responsibility unless that is accurate.
